  • Bachelor\'s degree in culinary science or relevant field or a minimum of 2 years\' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
  • Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs.
  • Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Tanggungjawab
  • Lead staff attitude through personal behavior.
  • Explain and apply PPHG and Hotel standards and policies to staff.
  • Coordinate restaurant, banquet, and food production tasks.
  • Supervise employee duties.
  • Attend weekly meetings with Executive Chef.
  • Discuss strategy and review action plans.
  • Update menu recipe cards and plan promotions.
  • Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of all kitchens, including staff kitchen restaurant.
  • Monitor and approve staff overtime, shift changes, and leave.
  • Report staff and operation matters to Executive/Head Chef.
  • Ensure efficient and profitable functioning of outlets or sections.
  • Maintain food gross profit set by the Hotel.
