Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
Supervise and train kitchen staff, including line cooks and prep cooks
Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet established standards
Maintain compliance with Los Angeles County health regulations and food safety laws
Assist with inventory management, ordering, and minimizing food waste
Step in for the Executive Chef when needed
Enforce cleanliness, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
