Kelayakan

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or Certificate in Food & beverage/Culinary
• Must have experience in Western Dining Cuisine
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Able to perform shift duty and work on weekends and public holiday

Tanggungjawab

• Reporting to Group Chef.
• Hardworking and able to work under immense pressure with minimal supervision
• Team leader with the ability to motivate kitchen brigade to follow company goals and set targets.
• Organising Daily Operations, training and organising staff schedules.
• Conduct Ordering, storage and monthly inventory of kitchen goods.
• Able to plan menus, create recipes, organise special requests and functions based on guests needs.
• Cost controlling and waste management skills required.
• Basic knowledge of microsoft office required.
• Daily preparation and production of food in accordance with forecast customer demand. Accurate food portioning and correct food storage according to SOP
• Maintains set standards of hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to Certification Standard on food safety, hygiene quality and sanitation.
• Present and plate up high-quality food on customers' plates before being serve
