Candidate must possess at least SPM or Certificate in Food & beverage/Culinary
Must have experience in Western Dining Cuisine
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Able to perform shift duty and work on weekends and public holiday

Reporting to Group Chef.
Hardworking and able to work under immense pressure with minimal supervision
Team leader with the ability to motivate kitchen brigade to follow company goals and set targets.
Organising Daily Operations, training and organising staff schedules.
Conduct Ordering, storage and monthly inventory of kitchen goods.
Able to plan menus, create recipes, organise special requests and functions based on guests needs.
Cost controlling and waste management skills required.
Basic knowledge of microsoft office required.
Daily preparation and production of food in accordance with forecast customer demand. Accurate food portioning and correct food storage according to SOP
Maintains set standards of hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to Certification Standard on food safety, hygiene quality and sanitation.
Present and plate up high-quality food on customers' plates before being serve
