Experienced work with noodle / handmade noodle / Chinese noodle / Hong Kong Cuisine / Asian noodle
SPM/STPM, diploma or equivalent qualification.
Certificate in culinary arts or related field.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.
Excellent communication and organizational skills. Fluency in Cantonese is required.
Aptitude for multi-tasking.
Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team.

Tanggungjawab

Collaborate on menu development, manage kitchen operations, and lead the team in the Head Chef\'s absence.
Oversee ingredient preparation, train staff in wonton filling, noodle dough, and soup broth techniques.
Ensure proper cooking techniques and consistent presentation of HK Wonton Noodle dishes.
Maintain high food quality and safety standards, address any issues promptly.
Manage ingredient inventory, minimize waste, and maintain supplier relationships.
Train kitchen staff in HK Wonton Noodle preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
Collaborate on creating new HK Wonton Noodle items, incorporating seasonal ingredients.
Follow food safety regulations, SOPs, and maintain a clean kitchen area.
