Description Primary Objective: Serving trustees corporate customers by developing and providing best in class products and services Managing end to end corporate customer journey Focused on relationship building with corporate customers Optimise existing end-to-end customer journeys and improve the customer experience. Ensure consistency in journey design when multiple squads impact the same customer journey Key Responsibilities: Optimise existing end to end customer journeys and improve the customer experience Administration of Private Trust, including expenses payment and distribution to beneficiaries of the trust, placements, settlement of purchase and trade, billing of trustee fee and collection Administration of Estate, including compiling assets and liabilities and transferring assets by engaging with beneficiaries and lawyers Drafting and finalising Trust Deed and Letter of Wishes (LOW) for Private Trust, Insurance Trust and Estate Administration Trust Monthly reporting to clients, through the consolidation of fund manager report (private mandate), fund house (unit trust) report, bank statement Provide coaching and advice to squad members Managing corporate and direct HNW clients Carry out necessary tasks for managing clients which includes consultation, proposal, documentation for onboarding etc. Administration of Private Trust and Estate Account opening and daily account operations with RHB Bank Drafting and finalising Trust Deed and Letter of Wishes (LOW) for Private Trust, Insurance Trust and Estate Administration Trust Monthly reporting to clients Check and update OM on yearly basis and as and when there are changes in the process flow Support Squad Lead to ensure alignment to journey vision and key goals Together with Squad Lead, plan for operationalization and scaling up developed solutions Bring product related and frontline process and customer related knowledge to the team Ensure delivery of journey against budget Test prototypes with customers Responsible for collating data, interviews customers, and conducting research to support design and enhancements to journey Requirements Requirements: Communication skills Stakeholder management & engagement Design thinking Able to empower teams & make decisions effectively Ability to delegate work effectively Well informed on the developments in the relevant domain Understanding of key bank processes Good problem solving and analytical skills Innovative and creative thinking Ability to communicate with various levels across the organization (i.e., senior leadership, etc.,) Ability to collaborate with squad members & Squad Leads Benefits Dental, Education support, Miscellaneous allowance, Medical, Loans, Sports (e.g. Gym), Parking, Vision, Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays, Casual Business Wear, Performance Based Rewards
