Liaising with relevant parties to ensure digital product planning updated
Generate quality customer insight, manage information, identify trends to assist decision making. Apply business understanding and leverage analytics to support delivery of squad mission
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for Digital Business\xe2\x80\x99s digital marketing strategies to drive investor growth and engagement;
Explore & monetize internal data, investor insights, and industry trends to improve effectiveness and efficiency for all initiatives championed by Digital Business;
Driving initiatives to generate online/ offline activities in timely, robust, accurate and effective manner, and to improve investors engagement, enhance web traffic and delivering excellent user experience;
Work with Brand Marketing, Group Marketing, creative agencies & other stakeholders and champion all sales campaigns under Digital Business;
Work with Group Marketing, Compliance & Legal to ensure that all marketing activities and investor journey designs are following regulatory requirements;
Post campaign evaluation (Search Engine Optimization & Google Analytics) to reoptimize campaigns and provide suggestions for improvement & keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices.
