Description

Primary Objective:

  • Discover innovation in digital platform through design thinking process and pivoted on customer journey / needs
  • Work across AM Tribe to develop digital platform leveraging needs across distribution channel
  • Carry out market research to discover best concepts for digital platform
  • Manage online portals with new updates to enhance best customer experience
  • Manage entire regulatory requirements and approvals from product conceptualization to official launch
  • Grow Digital Business and develop digital product roadmap in order to solve needs in the market and enhance AM business performance
  • Liaising with relevant parties to ensure digital product planning updated
  • Generate quality customer insight, manage information, identify trends to assist decision making. Apply business understanding and leverage analytics to support delivery of squad mission
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Digital Business\xe2\x80\x99s digital marketing strategies to drive investor growth and engagement;
  • Explore & monetize internal data, investor insights, and industry trends to improve effectiveness and efficiency for all initiatives championed by Digital Business;
  • Driving initiatives to generate online/ offline activities in timely, robust, accurate and effective manner, and to improve investors engagement, enhance web traffic and delivering excellent user experience;
  • Work with Brand Marketing, Group Marketing, creative agencies & other stakeholders and champion all sales campaigns under Digital Business;
  • Work with Group Marketing, Compliance & Legal to ensure that all marketing activities and investor journey designs are following regulatory requirements;
  • Post campaign evaluation (Search Engine Optimization & Google Analytics) to reoptimize campaigns and provide suggestions for improvement & keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices.
To perform ad-hoc assignment as assigned by superior.

Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Information Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent.
