Primary Objective:

Key liaison for Strategic Partnership and Ecosystems

  • Sourcing for different level of offers/privileges for different segment i.e; Cards, Auto Finance, Mortgage, working with reputable partners to boost card spend and cross sell product to increase product holding and promote loyalty among RHB customers.
  • Negotiate deals and execute the contractual agreement with merchants.
  • Engagement with agency/group marketing to ideate different deals, campaigns, gamification ideas to enhance current deals.
  • Launching campaigns while working closely with analytics team to resonate customer lifestyle and different persona/lifecycle.
  • Working with relevant stakeholders (internal or external) to promote ecosystem and drive continuous customer engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor\xe2\x80\x99s market intelligence, benchmarking against competitors and global industry landscape.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross functional teams such as marketing, compliance, finance, legal group marketing and group communication to ensure programs are executed on time in line with approved business matrixes.
  • Ensure compliance in all internal and external processes.
  • To comply with all relevant guidelines and statutory requirement.
  • Handles enquiries and complaints / feedback from customers in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess a strong interpersonal skill with thriving objective and able to work independently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 analytical in thoughts processes.
  • Monitor the current trends and market happenings to identify new business opportunities and define new strategies to create profitable campaigns.
  • Able to manage stakeholders and work along within internal and external key players including internal team, agencies, suppliers, merchants, and others deemed as appropriate.
  • Accountable for joint marketing activities including contract development, implantation, negotiations of terms and conditions and ensuring all business risk and compliance aspect are addressed accordingly.
Contact merchants, sourcing deals, comparison, compilation of competitor analysis. Continuously raise the bar by delivering and implementing the right marketing usage campaign with existing and new partners to successfully meet the KPIs.

Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Minimum holder of Marketing / Business / Economics /Finance degree or related Banking diploma..

7 years relevant experience in cards portfolio / marketing / product management / merchants partnerships
