Description


Primary Objective:
  • Manages the transition of information release to the front line to ensure effective adoption so that benefits are realized
  • Perform complete assessment or diagnostic exercise on Group?s compliance culture to identify hot-spots from people perspectives to come up with areas of improvements;
  • Champion compliance culture enhancement programme across the Group to ensure improvement in awareness and accountability across all value-chains within the Group;
  • Identify initiatives to close compliance knowledge gaps via learning needs and training programmes; and
  • Ensure compliance knowledge continuity across the Group

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the implementation of all on-going initiatives under compliance culture enhancement programme
  • Conduct necessary change management initiatives to supplement the initiatives under culture enhancement programme, including the management of compliance Change Agents e.g. BRCOs
  • Proactively ensure the sustainability of the initiatives to maintain heightened compliance culture and awareness across the Group
  • Coordinate with Access & Develop CoE and other Compliance business to come up with all Compliance related learning program
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and manage stakeholders across the organization
  • Ability to deliver effective training through different techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions, coaching or via external vendors
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Drive transformation through change management interventions and communication for pilots, roll-out, etc.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Other tasks as requested by Head, GCGC.





Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - .
  • 3 years and above.
  • Have a good understanding of the financial services industry operations, processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiar with research methodologies.
  • Familiar with analytical tools and methods.
  • Familiar with risk profiling techniques
  • Creative & innovative.
  • Able to meet tight deadline.
