Description Primary Objective: Provide input and support on strategic design, development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.Manage Total Rewards Philosophy and oversee implementation of rewards/ mobility programs Key Responsibilities: Develop, review & update reward & salary competitiveness within industry as part of motivation factor towards achieving highly effective performance to meet total business needs & objectives - local & overseas Analyse the market trend and develop strategies for competitive market outlook Analyse and evaluate reports on rewards in areas such as compensation and benefits Benchmarking reward policies and processes against industry practices. Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan. Design & implement the framework for annual increment & bonus and to establish a structured Reward Framework Provide input & recommendation on retention case of talent & critical staff Develop and implement benefits packages that are competitive and in line with corporate guidelines. Taking lead in reviewing existing policies for expatriate management and streamlining them down to a consistent framework Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements. Provide input on business unit\'s needs to enable support the business partners in meeting their objectives. Provide expertise, guidance and support on matters related to Compensation & Benefits to all staff Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).
