Job Description
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Responsible for IT network support and operation. Champion the IT Network initiatives and operations across U Mobile.
- Responsible for achieving IT network service KPIs.
- Responsible for the support and operations of IT network infrastructure such as the Cisco network, Cisco SDN, Cisco SDWAN, firewall, F5, Aruba network, and WiFi.
- To support all IT network projects and rollout on time.
- To guide and develop junior engineers on technical knowledge and daily operations.
- To advise on IT network technical enhancement and strategy to grow and invest.
- To support and standby on-call for production support and recovery in the event of any critical incident.
- To support and design public or private cloud network infrastructure architectures.
- Monitoring and operations IT network infrastructure.
- Experience in supporting and operating Cisco networks and Cisco ACI infrastructure.
- Experience in supporting and operating the Palo Alto firewall.
- Experience in supporting and operating the F5 load balancer.
- Experience in public cloud network architecture and support.
- Implemented IT security compliance on network infrastructure.
- Experience in supporting and operating Cisco SDWAN.
- Experience in supporting and operating Aruba WiFi and NAC.
- Experience in monitoring and operating IT network infrastructure.
