In your new role you will: Service Delivery and Operational Excellence a) Schedule and Co-ordinate Interview collaboratively with Hiring b) Booking of interview rooms and parking lot c) Inform candidate the interview appointment, documents required for interview and job description d) Update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) e) Maintain recruitment metrics, time-to-arrange and time-to-offer f) Generation of job offer letter and administration g) Prepare new hires kit h) New employees hiring administration i) Organize New Employees On Boarding Program Interface with Internal & External Parties a) Acts as liaison and work closely with internal sections/departments/segments and external parties, including recruitment agencies, bank, EPF etc. to deliver quality and timeliness service and administration. b) Responsible for end to end management of internal customers (managers/employees/HR) enquiries via phone and/or email in an effective, discrete, professional manner and respecting data privacy constraints Others a) Projects as Assigned: Participate on project teams as assigned Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma or professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources Minimum 1.5 years of relevant job experience or 10 years job experience for employees with diploma Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply Customer service and public relations methods and techniques Proficient in Computer System, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint Good Problem Solving and Organization Skills Ability to inform the Manager quickly on potential issues related to work Ability to learn New Skills quickly Possesses Good and Hands-on Knowledge and Skills in HR systems (Applicant Tracking System) Note: 1 year contract under 3rd party payroll vendor and entitled to benefits according to vendor company Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
