Job Description

Job Summary:

\xc2\xb7 Assist on the execution of all brand and communications activities (announcements, newsletters, websites, articles, press releases, events, etc.)

Job Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources

\xc2\xb7 Support in the execution of country communication strategy/plan in alignment with Group\'s guidelines

\xc2\xb7 Create draft speeches, articles, newsletters, social media posts, press release and other written materials to ensure accurate and consistent alignment with company\'s communication strategy

\xc2\xb7 Assist with the creation of visual content including image, video, and presentations

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate communication projects to ensure communication projects are conducted in timely and cost-effective manner

\xc2\xb7 Assist with media relations activities for company on local level (e.g. interviews, press conferences, corporate conferences, workshops, seminars, etc.)

\xc2\xb7 Assist with investor relations activities and sustainability reporting

\xc2\xb7 Manage order, logistics, receipt and local distribution of all branding materials (e.g. brand books, corporate wear, corporate gifts, etc.)

\xc2\xb7 Work with Group Communications to align all company\'s communications with corporate guidelines and policies

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate as a business partner with the country operations/Business Unit and support them proactively on communication issues

\xc2\xb7 Maintain relationships with local key media and maintain/update the company\'s media contacts database

Job Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate basic knowledge of principles and practices of branding and communications

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate skills in copywriting, proofing and editing skills

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate basic knowledge in design and video softwares (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Capcut)

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate fluency in the local language and ideally in Chinese and English, both written and spoken

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
