• Responsible for Delivering transactional and operational day-to-day HR shared services within Service Level Agreement (eg. providing advice and guidance on HR policies, processes and general HR related queries, managing and maintaining the integrity of HR data)
• Keeping day-to-day operations documentation up-to-date
• Participating the transferring of processes from internal customers to Shared Services
• Providing feedback to drive continious improvemen

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
• A broad understanding of the HR employee lifecycle is a necessity as is experience in providing HR policy and process related advice and guidance
• HR Generalist with min of 3-5 years working experience is encouraged to apply
• Cross-cultural experience gained from working in culturally diverse environments
• Ability to apply discretion and maintain confidentially
• Proficient in HR systems (SuccessFactors), Processes, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc
• Language skills (Japanese @ JLPT N3) is a MUST
• Knowledge of continuous improvement within a Shared Service Centre environment will be a plus
