Job Description
Title : Customer Service Associate Location : Viva City Mall, Kuching Working days : 6 days with 2 shifts [ 9.30am-6.30pm | 1pm-10pm ] Nature of business : Multi brand sport store Salary range : Customer Service Associate - RM1,800-RM1,900 Requirements :
- Minimum SPM & above
- Male or female, Malaysia citizenship, 18 -35 years old
- Able to work in shift, weekend and public holiday
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa and English
- Minimum 1 year experience in related fields
- Fresh grad or no experience also encouraged to apply
- Hardworking, friendly and honest
- Ensure and comprehend customers\' desires and needs regarding the required products.
- Provide good customer service, inform customers about promotions and best selling items.
- Maintain the store\'s smooth operation and meet sales targets.
- Ensure the shop is constantly neat and organised.
- Organize and ensure that the inventory of goods in the sales area is always suf\xef\xac\x81cient.
- Perform stock calculations based on the instructions that will be given.
- Basic RM1,800-RM1,900
