Based out of Malaysia, and working closely with specific country, relevant departments, local payroll partners and external vendors for the routine payroll activities and payment deliveries.What you will be doingProcessing end-to-end payroll operations from data collection/ data maintenance in system, payroll calculations and validations to payment requests and payment deliveries in an accurate and timely manner.Provide payroll related reports and other inquires.Coordinate with external vendors to ensure smooth payroll operation.Maintain and update payroll guidelines and procedures.Involved in system enhancement.Knowledge sharing among team members.Involved in internal and external payroll audits.Seek continuous improvements of payroll activities service standards to internal customers and promptly advise management of payroll issues and working with parties or payroll team to resolve.What you will need to be successfulRelevant experience working in regional payroll operations, preferably for a large MNC and/or Regional Shared Service Centers.Hands-on experience in compensation, benefits, social security contribution, income tax calculation, labor law/ regulations in either one of the countries (Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan).Requires language proficiency in English and well verse in the language of supporting market such as Mandarin, Cantonese.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with multiple stakeholder including inter-department and external vendors.Why you should join usOtis is on an exciting journey to set up HR Shared Services (myHR) for APAC based in Malaysia, as part of Otis\'s Global HR Transformation strategy.
