Responsibilities:

• Lead Requirement gathering, fit gap analysis and solution blueprint
• Work with customer stakeholders on solution design based on Siemens OPCENTER platform
• Articulate and communicate complex business process, conflict resolution and buy in on solution
• Work with across teams to build integration requirements with MES
• Ability to do coding on OPCENTER designer, MIO and Portal studio
• Translate the solution requirement and work with development team to build
• Ensure the quality of deliverable by working with assurance team

Qualification:

• Graduate of bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Engineering or other Engineering related field.
• Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry in providing solutions for implementation of Camstar / Siemens Opcenter.
• Must have experience working on major multi-man-month projects involving cross-functional teams.
• Complete life cycle implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) product (e.g., Siemens Opcenter or similar platforms)
• Experience in leading the requirements definition and MES implementation of the Factory Model
• Extensive Domain experience in the semiconductor industry with the ability to map business requirements with manufacturing IT applications.
• Hands-on expertise with the 3rd Party interfaces from the MES application to ERP, LIMS, Equipment, HMI etc.

Skills:

• Requirements Management & Solution Design
• Strong exposure to MES Product Administration and configuration
• Must be knowledgeable on and have hands-on experience on software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills,
• Must be knowledgeable on semiconductor back-end processes (Probe, Assembly, Final Test and Packaging) and engineering tools and methodologies applied to Test (e.g. SPC, SYL/SBL, PAT, etc).
• Strong understanding of industry-standard technical practices and emerging technologies.
