Job description
In your new role you will:
- Review & track overall equipment daily, weekly and monthly OEE performance
- Weekly OEE reporting on Overall FOL & EOL equipment
- Oversee & track overall expenses budget for maintenance.
- Identify & improve OEE loss through data analysis (MTBA, machine alarms, speed loss and etc)
- Coordinate the overall green line machine certification activities towards the target
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Material Science, Physics or equivalent.
- More than 5 years related (experience in Semiconductor Engineering will bean added advantage)
- Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
