Job description
In your new role you will:
- Develop and realize process & maintenance concepts.
- Support new product & equipment for ramp-up & expansion manufacturing line.
- Actively support, participate and embrace an empowered team culture including significant interaction with manufacturing, quality and engineering groups.
- Conducts performance reviews based employee on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the maintenance technicians.
- Ensures that maintenance Engineers/technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe timely, and cost-effective manner.
- Manage maintenance PM, JHAM, Costing.
- Solve & sustain production issues in a systematic and hands-on approach
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree in any Engineering course
- More than 5 years experience in Front Auto Vision or Wire Bond
- wirebond- aluminum wedge preferable
- Statistical data analysis, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Practice high performance behavior and together work as Team to strive excellent.
