Staff Engineer Maintenance Front Auto Vision/ Wire Bond
Job Description
In your new role you will: Develop and realize process & maintenance concepts. Support new product & equipment for ramp-up & expansion manufacturing line. Actively support, participate and embrace an empowered team culture including significant interaction with manufacturing, quality and engineering groups. Conducts performance reviews based employee on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the maintenance technicians. Ensures that maintenance Engineers/technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe timely, and cost-effective manner. Manage maintenance PM, JHAM, Costing. Solve & sustain production issues in a systematic and hands-on approach Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree in any Engineering course More than 5 years experience in Front Auto Vision or Wire Bond wirebond- aluminum wedge preferable Statistical data analysis, analytical and problem solving skills.
