Broad Functions:

• Develop system application to support quality business need.
• Develop, automate, deploy, provide training, maintain and support automated visualization systems for Quality department
• Develop analytical tools for actionable insight.
• Provide data extraction and data analysis support.
• Identify & address business gaps from quality business process, manufacturing process & end user system.
• Create operating documentation/ procedure as if when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regular
  • Visualization automation development and maintenance for MSQA
    • Consolidate requirements.
    • Develop, automate, deploy, provide training, maintain and support visualization systems for MSQA department.
  • Support MSQA team on data analysis request on MSQA Data
    • Provide support to factory quality data query and data analysis requests.
    • Support in the areas of running query, analyze data and provide recommendation base on the data analysis objective.
    • Provide data query & analysis support on excursion cases.
  • Data and system support and maintenance
    • Maintain MSQA server and shared folders.
    • Structure department server and shared folder for easy information access.
    • Structure department shared folders and maintain information security.
    • Identify data integrity issues.
    • Work with owners of source systems to fix root cause of data integrity issues.
    • Develop system to support MSQA need (traceability).
• Irregular
  • Adhoc analysis and data query
  • MSQA Projects

Qualifications
Educational Required

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, in Computer Science/Information Technology/Applied Mathematics, Statistic, with minimum 5 years working experience, preferably with statistic background or 1- 2 years working experience in data analysis.

Skills Required

• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Familiar with MYSQL, MSSQL, or other relational database design.
• Experience with .net, Python, R, SQL, java programming (Added advantage)
• Experience on BI tool (Spotfire or Tableau or equivalent), data ingestion tool (Alteryx or equivalent), analytics tools (JMP and Minitab or equivalent) will be added advantage.

Experience

• Familiar with MYSQL, MSSQL, or other relational database design.
• Experience on BI tool (Spotfire or equivalent), data ingestion tool (Alteryx or equivalent), analytics tools (JMP or equivalent) is a plus.
• Experience with .net, Python, R, SQL, java programming
• Good communication, decisive, enthusiastic personality.
• Customer oriented mindset, being open for learning new things, eager to improve business.
