JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lead Electroplating process yield sustaining and improvement. (Monitoring and solving issues on process yield, quality and cost).
Good knowledge in statistical process control (SPC) and hypothesis test.
Coordinate chemical material replenishment and inventory planning and cost control.
Involvement in engineering projects, such as safety, quality, and yield improvement. Initiate cost reduction, second source material qualification and task efficiency improvement.
In-charge and control of hiring, promotion and performance review of Technician and Operator under supervision.
Plan subordinate (Technicians and Specialist) training and improvement program
Cross function communication and negotiation
Ensure process audit, 5s and safety compliance

KEY PERFORMANCE INDEX:
Quality performance
Yield performance (update in operation meeting on yield loss event which not meeting target).
Cost reduction hit rate
Project hit rate
Technical report (8D, Yield Loss CAPA, 5-Why)
Budget control within OPEX/CAPEX as planned.
New process development and deployment
Meet all Key Results as defined (quarterly and annually).

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (B.S. / B.Eng.) or higher; Major in Chemical Engineering, Device Engineering, Physics, Science or related field.
Open to fresh graduates
2+ years of Engineering experience preferable electroplating process.
Knowledge in Tableau, Excel Macro & SPACE application is an added advantage.
Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skill and data analysis is an added advantage.
