Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing and optimizing overall end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall supply chain management. Identify and mitigate logistics risks to prevent disruption in the supply chain
• Manage relationships with key suppliers, contract manufacturers and logistics partners. Monitor and analyze supplier performance to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness
• Track & analyze logistics performance metrics. Prepare weekly/monthly KPI report, monitor achievement status and risk.
• Addressing internal/external customer issues and complaints and strive for continuous improvements.
• Ensure adherence to trade regulations, custom compliance and internal policies

Qualifications

• Possess at least bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• With 5+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing, logistics or distribution environment.
• Technical skills
• Proficiency in ERP (Preferably SAP)
• Experience with data analytics (Excel)
• Familiarity with custom regulation and trade compliance
• Soft skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic supply chain environment, managing multiple priorities.
