Job description
In your new role you will:

• Prioritize the shift activities and resources
• Be a technical specialist in the shift.
• Leading the shift team for Perform Equipment Troubleshooting and Problemsolving
• Leading the shift team for Preventative Maintenance activities.
• Fast response to production area and maintain good attendance record.
• Comply with equipment, process and safety procedure and OCAP.
• Fully responsible and committed to shift performance KPI. Uptime, Speedand Quality.
• Define work of improvement project.
• Assist Production as needed to ensure Production targets are met
• Good 5S practice.
• Candidate with proven supervisory skill will be selected as Shift Leader

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Min CGPA more 3.3 in E&E, Mechanical or Mechatronic Diploma.
• Min 5 years working experience in the semiconductor industry preferably Wafer Fab and Cleanroom.
• Experience in CVD, Epitaxy, MoCVD or PVD added advantages.
• Candidate must demonstrate implementation of improvement project or SGA.
• Proven high competency in Pneumatic, Control system, Circuit diagram,Vacuum Technology, and Mechanical design.
• Strong diagnostic and systematic problem-solving skills.
• Effectively communicate in the English language.
• Must be able to work in Clean Room environment and Shift work.
• Hand on servicing, installation and repair work in the critical environment.
• Good health condition, able to lift and accurately manipulate 10kg objects and operate a variety of hand-held tool.
• Proactive, independent and able to work in the fast pace high volume manufacturing environment.
