Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify potential store development by carrying out market research (new and existing area/property).
  • Create and execute strategic planning on store development.
  • Develop good relationship with the Developers / Landlord for store development opportunities.
  • Attend to matters related to tenancy agreement including compiling thedocumentation, issuance of letter offer, renewal & approval, handling over unit.
  • Liaise with external / internal parties regarding the project status and matters related to implementation of new store opening.
  • To coordinate and provide administrative support to all relevant parties (which includes filing, processing of paper, store business licence application, electricity application, etc.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management/Property Management/Marketing/Business Management or in any equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in business development or equivalent.
  • Required Skill(s): possess tenancy agreement, project management, negotiating, communication, public relation, commercial real estate knowledge - sourcing, renting, etc
