Develop and execute workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
Design and implement performance management systems (KPI/OKR)
Build a strong and positive company culture through engagement initiatives
Create succession planning and leadership development pipelines
Plan and manage learning & development (L&D) programs
Advise management on HR policy and strategic alignment
Lead change management and organizational development initiatives
Oversee administrative HR operations such as payroll processing, leave management, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
