PgP5 Plant is Bosch Group\'s newest expansion in Malaysia a semiconductor test site in Batu Kawan Penang. With the long-term forecasts for growth of semiconductor component quantities, coupled with the front-end production in Bosch\'s Dresden facility in Germany, capacity expansion is required for the back-end production, which is the final testing phase of semiconductors and sensors.

Job Overview

To ensure tasks are carried out strategically and seamlessly to meet overall project timeline and fulfill the gaps, together with any other ad hoc tasks

• Identify and Manage potential areas for improvements by Defining strategic solutions and Present the insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Responsible for Indirect Continuous Improvements coordination (eg but not limited to VSDIA workshops, Goal Setting, and Lean initiatives)
• Facilitate and Support plant workshop moderation (eg. but not limited to Leadership workshop)
• Drives efficiency for all change or transformation initiatives as an acting Change Agent

Focal trainer for working level and management team in soft skills, culture and leadership areas * Drive and Execute Idea Management to encourage participation and awareness

• Drive and Support plant-wide projects as regulated by the regional and global team
• Focal purchaser for department workshop materials and tools

Supports local legality/compliance window to the local management and to the Bosch key-stake holders. * Supports the execution of Information Security and Privacy (ISP) tasks, ensuring accountability, and compliance within the department.

• Supports Audit and Business Process deployment areas
• Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by hiring manager

Qualifications

• Possess 5 to 10 years of practical experienced in executing Strategic Projects and conducting/managing workshops
• A minimum of Degree in Business or Project Management
• Ability to engage and build credibility with people of working level and also higher management
• Good initiative, willing to learn and resourceful and able to deliver impactful presentation to higher management and key stakeholders
• The candidate must be experienced in MS softwares such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as social media platforms
• Able to independently handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines and priority with exposures to Office legality and compliance
• An analytical person and able to understand processes with Project Management experience in training and facilitating workshops
• Mentoring abilities with strong team player among intercultural teams and experienced in working with higher management
• Possess good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to make quick and informed decisions with Process and Results oriented & Continuous Improvement (CIP) mindset
