About this role

JLL is looking for a highly motivated professional who desires to work in workplace and/or change management in the corporate real estate profession. The role is based in Malaysia and emphasise on supporting opportunities in Malaysia with opportunity to assist with projects across the Asia Pacific Region.

We are looking for a person who is interested in expanding their existing experience in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and working on supporting the development and implementation of leading integrated CRE solutions for our clients. We want people who are Strategic thinkers with a consulting mindset.

The role requires a unique mix of strategic insight and analysis, with good communication skill and high levels of energy. The role will appeal to a proactive team player that can learn quickly and is motivated to solve client problems.

What this job involves

Support Workplace Consultant members grow and deliver strategic consulting services in areas of workplace strategy and change management to corporate clients in the Asia Pacific region but particularly in Malaysia. The role will also collaborate with other subject matter experts such as transaction and project management team, local, regional or globally, to deliver integrated solutions together. Experience in any of the following consulting disciplines will be advantageous.

Workplace Strategy

Develop and deliver innovative strategies to enhance users\xe2\x80\x99 experience and productivity in the workplace such as facilitating workshops, collecting and analysing data, reporting and presenting.

Change Management

Develop and deliver change management plans to transition clients through significant changes such as reorganization, a new workplace or other changes such as facilitating workshops, collecting and analysing data, reporting and presenting.

Accountabilities.

You will be an integral part of the JLL Property Services team providing support on client projects with a view to growing your own capabilities so that you can eventually lead your own projects.

Education

A Degree or equivalent experience in Architecture / Business / Interior Design / Finance and Economics / Organizational Psychology

Knowledge & Experience

Knowledge in workplace strategy is an advantage. Preferred experience in consulting or related real estate discipline. Knowledge in change management, business strategy, brand strategy, design/ architecture, sociology, and organizational behaviour or any combination of these backgrounds also an advantage.

Work Style / Personal Attributes

Ability to engage and collaborate with senior Workplace Consultant team members to support their requirements. An individual with creative skills and a highly developed analytical mind, together with strong graphic and interpersonal communication skills. A willingness to travel when required.
