To support and drive key priority strategic projects which range from developing external partnership opportunities, developing and evaluating new business ideas, and M&A.
To develop future long term strategic direction and themes for CelcomDigi and develop the annual business plan for CelcomDigi
To support CDLs in driving major key strategic initiatives that are deemed top priority internally, involving development of initiatives, PMO and execution across multiple lines of business
To assist different lines of business in developing their internal operating strategies annually
Will actively be working with Head of Business Strategy and Chief Strategy Officer. Majority of projects and analysis are to assist CelcomDigi\'s top management and Board in making key decisions.
Requirements:-
Minimum 5 years in Strategy / consultancy/ banking / investments / telecoms
Experience and affinity with analysis and numbers. Intellectual curiosity
Strategic consulting experience, or experience running strategy-type projects within firms would be ideal
Experience analysing numbers and developing financial models, valuations, projections
Detailed research and analysis, developing case studies, benchmarking, etc.
Telecoms experience would be good, but not a pre-requisite
Skills:-
Strategic thinking and analysis, able to frame problems, develop approaches and solutions / options
Financial analysis and familiarity with numbers, P&L, Cashflows
Financial modelling
Strong PPT skills and ability to develop end-to-end storyboard for Senior Management and BoD level
Strong research skill sets, resourceful in finding data but also in developing insights from said data / research
