Structure Qa Inspectors
Job Description
1. To take charge of projects, coordinate and carry out all E& I QA/QC activities for the projects including hazardous zone equipment\xe2\x80\x99s inspection (ATEX/CompEx/IECEx Certified). 2. Review and evaluate the drawings as per Classification Societies and Client\xe2\x80\x99s requirement. 3. Prepare the QA procedures and get it approved with Classification Societies and Client. 4. Witness the testing of HV/LV circuit breaker/starter, neutral earthing resister/fuses and cable megger-ing. 5. Coordinate all termination inspection of electrical installation of equipment. 6. Preparation/conduct of electrical or mechanical completion for equipment. 7. Carry out the inspection and testing with Class Surveyors and Class Representatives. 8. Ensure all quality control documents are compiled and information\xe2\x80\x99s are handed over for as-build.
1) LESS THAN 2 CUSTOMER COMPLAINT PER MONTH. 2) ACHIEVE 100% ON-TIME PROJECT COMPLETION. 3) ZERO CASE OF LOSS TIME INJURY PER YEAR.
