What you will be doing:

Managing counter services, ensuring respectful assistance for all with a focus on student experience. Handle communication with student, staff, parents, and other stakeholders through various platforms including email, WhatsApp, Parents Portal and Student Portal. Oversee the preparation, printing and distribution of student identification cards. Administer bookings and maintenance for campus facilities and stalls, resolve related issues promptly. Work closely with faculty advisor and student leaders to oversee and support the growth of student clubs and societies. Managing facilities, stalls booking and resolve related issues. Working closely with lecturer advisors in overseeing clubs and societies, as well as alongside the student leaders to provide them the best possible support. Handle a range of administrative tasks such as updating the Student Handbook and coordinating student surveys. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager of Student Services.

Who are we looking for?

At least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a related field is an advantage. Female candidate with 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Must be passionate about guiding and nurturing youth, particularly in the area of personal development. Must be able to gain transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, organisation, problem-solving, and time management. Detail-oriented, meticulous, analytical and good organisation and planning skills. Possess good communication skills in oral and written in Malay and English.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
