The candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Education Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline, demonstrating adequate academic background to perform admission and student affairs functions.
The candidate must have a minimum of one (1) year of working experience in student admission or student affairs roles preferably within a higher education institution, to ensure familiarity with procedures and academic regulatory requirements.
Experience working with international students or in a cross-cultural environment is preferred.
Knowledge of immigration regulations, student visa processes, and international education trends is an advantages.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse student populations.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet the needs of a dynamic student population.
Familiarity with student information systems, databases, and office software.

To coordinate and manage co-curriculum activities for students' development and to fulfilled study or programme requirements.
To coordinate and manage student's council, student's associations and their respective activities, sports, entrepreneurship, social and religious/spiritual and cultural activities.
To coordinate and manage students' graduation, registration for Alumni and Alumni activities.
To coordinate students matters related to MERITUS College administration, government agencies, private organizations and external stakeholders in their study.
To assist students in sourcing for financial aid/support such as scholarships, study loan.
To provide support services and facilitation for students accommodation / hostel.
To coordinate and facilitate counselling services and career guidance for students throughout the study.
To facilitate and assist students in matters related to health and welfare needs and services.
To render support services and advice to students on matters within the campus, residing in the hostel and also external support for non-resident (not staying in the hostel).
To coordinate and facilitate student's internship or industry placement with external stakeholders, internship briefings, internship visits and evaluations.
