\xe2\x80\xa2\xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the overall running of the Student Services Department. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with the Student Council, societies and clubs to organize student activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deal with student services such as complaints, requests, problems, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare, edits, and revises Student policies to suit University College contexts and formats. \xe2\x80\xa2 Enforces, oversees and / or implements policies and procedures on a range of student services support and welfare such as claims; coordinates and enforces students\' policies and procedures, and ensures compatibility with operating policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Determines and interprets student services needs on an individual basis, advises students on policy issues, acts as student advocate and resolves problems as necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Administers the Students\xe2\x80\x99 financial aid in accordance with established policies and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides broad support in the administration and daily operations of student services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with colleges / universities in the country to organize inter-college / university student activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with the Heads and Lecturers of all Schools / Departments on matters relating to student affairs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish the University College Alumni, build engagement and connection through events and professional support. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organise / assist in / attend University College functions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Cooperate with the PR / Marketing & Recruitment and International office to deal with matters pertaining to student welfare, events, etc.
