Job Description

The Student Services Executive is to provide comprehensive support and assistance to students throughout their academic journey. Is a part of day-to-day administrative operations at the ACE EdVenture schools.

Duties and Responsibilities



Ensure that students' information is up-to-date Maintain accurate student records and databases Preparation i.e. photocopying, printing, creation, etc. of documents requested by the Principal, Vice Principal, Administration Manager, Academic, and Non-Academic departments Ability to articulate information clearly and effectively to students Coordinate organisation-wide updates and announcements that go out to parents and students Coordinate and fulfill the school academic calendar, events, and deadlines, rental of the school facilities to external parties Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and in person Address and provide guidance to students' requests and queries Communicate with parents about emergencies pertaining to their children i.e. injuries, illness, etc. Participate in orientation programs for new student Manage students' ID and locker allocation Track students' attendance and punctuality Managing the logistics of the classroom for new term, replacement and relocation (if needed) Efficiently managing time and resources to meet the demands of the student services department Proactively monitor and manage the school's ageing receivables, ensuring timely follow-ups with parents or guardians regarding overdue payments. Collaborate with the finance department to implement strategies for debt recovery and minimize the school's exposure to bad debt Assist with enquiries and school events such as Open Days, school fairs, school events, etc. Anticipate extending support to international students Interacting with our students as a tribe; all students are our students, regardless if you teach them regularly or not

Requirements and Skills



Diploma or Bachelor's degree Knowledge of using software like Microsoft Word and Excel Interpersonal and communication skills Accuracy of information and attention to detail Good organisational skills Emotional intelligence and management Ability to collaborate with all levels of people in the organisation Maintaining confidentiality with students' information
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
