Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between the company and clients on all Soft Services operations (Pest Control, Cleaning, and Waste Management) to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Oversee daily operations, performance, and incident management of the Soft Services team, ensuring alignment with operational excellence practices and business continuity goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure facilities, equipment, and services are operated and maintained safely, efficiently, and in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Monitor workforce compliance with safety regulations and standards while promoting a safe and healthy working environment.
• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely management reports including dashboards, performance analysis, and compliance documentation to stakeholders and clients.
• Support the Lead Engineer in all client-facing operational and technical matters related to Soft Services.
• Ensure full compliance with legal, statutory, health & safety, and industry standards by leading audits and engaging site teams to uphold UEM Edgenta's QSHE policies.
• Assist Finance with scheduled and ad hoc billing through proper documentation and site management, while providing updates to support timely collections and reduce revenue disruptions.
• Support vendor and contractor performance monitoring, ensuring adherence to SLAs/KPIs and resolving performance issues in coordination with Group Procurement.
• Lead site team operations, manage documentation for handovers, resolve safety issues, use Edgenta Smart Connect systems effectively, and maintain strong coordination between teams, vendors, and clients.

• Certificate or Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or a relevant field from a university recognized by the Malaysian Government.
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering facility management.
• Proven experience in managing building, township, or district-level facility operations.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and operational best practices within facility management.
