1. To manage and control the procurement and stock level of the outlet\'s trading inventories and to ensure all stocks are physically checked and accounted for including physical verification of all 2.To manage and control the daily cash bank in of sales proceeds supplies from suppliers 2. To manage the outlet business operation towards the achievement of sales and financial targets 3. To prepare and submit the sales and inventory reports required by Accounts department 6. To ensure Outlet Standard Operating Procedure are complied with at all times
