Supply Chain Clerk (invoicing)

Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTION -Ensures daily invoicing is done according to the orders obtained by the sales team Generate CN, including verifying bad/good stocks returns and write off. -Check for OOS situation and liaise with sales team on adjustment of quantities. -Generate picking list for warehouse team to pick the stocks for delivery. -Liaise with storekeeper on any stock issues, shortage, etc -Generate CN for trade returns or short delivery. -Responsible for other related administrative work. Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/Level
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
