In this role, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to manage the demand and supply of finished goods.This is a 1-year contract position, and the role is part of the Commercial Operations Organization and will be located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Negotiate, procure and schedule the best possible orders for all finished goods on a timely and planned basis.
• Collaborate and communicate across functional teams such as customer service, sales, planner, finance, supplier and manufacturing plant.
• Support monthly revenue roll up and estimates.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• University degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, procurement, business, or similar area of study.
• Experience in supply planning, procurement, or inventory management to manage procurement processes, monitor inventory levels, and resolve supply issues effectively.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• SAP or other ERP experience and familiarity.
• Computer literacy and foundational Microsoft Office skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
