Role Responsibilities
The role is accountable for production system support, analysis the issue, attend call to provide progressively update, suggest workaround or perm fix to resolve issue of the application. Besides, the person will assign to Project either to coordinate with vendor, biz for project enhancement or be part of the development team to enhance the system.
To ensure maximum service quality and stability through fast and effective response to technical incidents, and to be a catalyst for change via analysis and identification of continual service improvement opportunities. Depending on the area of technical specialisation, in addition to incident resolution and prevention. Person should be highly process oriented and ensure align to the right process.
Responsibilities*
1. Should have Experience in both Development and Support activities.
2. Provide root cause analysis for issues, ensure all follow up action points are carried out
3. Responsible for managing the production related changes, releases and rollouts with zero or minimal impact to the stability of the application. Review the dependent changes of the surround systems, infrastructure, networking etc... Responsible for ensuring proper technical plans are in place for all production changes (e.g. fallback plan, implementation plan, data conversion etc...)
4. Flexible enough to switch between Development and Support activities.
5. Responsible in project delivery, base on User Story
6. Responsible to align to DevOps process when assign to project delivery
7. Responsible in deliver relevant documentations to align to process to avoid non-compliance raise
