About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

System Analyst

with strong expertise in

Informatica PowerCenter, Axway RFT, Oracle Database, JBoss EAP

, and

Linux (RHEL)

. The role requires hands-on technical skills in data integration, file transfer operations, system analysis, and customer onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will also have strong knowledge of

certificate management, PGP encryption, XML

, and financial payment file formats.

Key Responsibilities

Perform system analysis, design, and support for applications using

Informatica PowerCenter

and

Axway RFT

. Support and maintain

Oracle Database 19c

, including integration and data flow analysis. Work with

JBoss EAP

for application deployments, configuration, and troubleshooting. Develop and maintain

Shell scripts

, XML transformations, and automation workflows. Manage and maintain secure file transfers, connectivity, and file processing using Axway RFT. Act as a

Customer Onboarding Specialist

, handling onboarding workflows from initial engagement to production go-live. Manage

certificate management

processes (SSL, PKI, digital certificates). Implement and support

PGP encryption/decryption

for secure file transfers. Analyze and validate

payment file formats

(e.g., XML, flat files, ISO-related formats). Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and clients to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for production environments. Work on

Linux (RHEL)

environments, performing system-level support and configuration. Prepare technical documentation, mapping sheets, onboarding guides, and SOPs.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience in financial services or payments domain Knowledge of secure connectivity: SFTP, FTPS, SSH keys Understanding of ETL processes and integration frameworks Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) Exposure to automation or DevOps tools (Jenkins, Control-M, Git)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field 6-9 years of experience in system analysis or integration/support roles Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
