About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

System Analyst

to join our growing team in

Kuching, Sarawak

. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems that support our organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and development teams to transform requirements into functional and efficient system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze user requirements through interviews, workshops, and research. Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop detailed system requirement specifications, workflows, data models, and interface designs. Collaborate with software developers, engineers, and stakeholders to design and implement solutions. Conduct system testing to ensure functionality, performance, and security compliance. Provide end-user support and training to ensure smooth adoption of new systems. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend best practices. Work with project managers to ensure timely and within-scope project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a

System Analyst

or in similar roles within software development projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating business needs into actionable solutions. Experience in

Agile

or

Waterfall

software development methodologies. Good understanding of

database management systems

, networking principles, and software architecture. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Familiarity with

requirements management tools

, process modeling, and documentation standards. Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a dynamic environment.
