Job Description

:

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst to analyze, design, and implement information systems that support our business needs. The System Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate existing systems, and propose effective solutions. This role involves documenting system requirements, designing workflows, testing systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing training and support to end users.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze user requirements through interviews, workshops, and research. Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Develop detailed system requirement specifications, including workflows, data models, and interface designs. Collaborate with software developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet business objectives. Conduct system testing to ensure functionality, performance, and security standards are met. Provide support to end users to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of new systems. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions and best practices. Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role in software development projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements. Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. Solid understanding of database management systems, networking principles, and software architecture. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with requirements management tools, process modeling tools, and documentation standards. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
