ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities
Provide 2nd level application support, investigating and resolving complex technical issues escalated from first line support.
Conduct user training sessions to enhance user knowledge and ensure effective system utilization.
Update and maintain application manuals and technical documentation to reflect system enhancements, changes, and best practices.
Secondary Responsibilities
Support Product Specialists in project activities, including requirement gathering, testing, and deployment coordination.
Collaborate with stakeholders across various business units (e.g., Sales, Finance, Security, Compliance) to develop clear and concise analyses and documentation.
Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements on an ongoing basis, ensuring alignment with business objectives; maintain system processes and deliver monthly status reports to relevant stakeholders.
Author and maintain internal and external documentation and take ownership in formally initiating and delivering requirement specifications and technical documentation.
Perform daily system analytics and support tasks to ensure optimal performance and quickly address operational issues.
Foster strong relationships with business partners to ensure seamless systems integration and provide timely, data-driven responses to managerial and executive queries.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in Product/IT Project Management or a related field.
Intermediate understanding of any Product Development / Project Management Life Cycle methodologies / Application Support / Application Testing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently with minimum supervision and also cross-functionally with other teams and departments.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience with task management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
Intermediate problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
