Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst with strong DevOps and AI exposure to lead the design, analysis, and implementation of AI-driven digital solutions across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical delivery, with a focus on solution architecture, system integration, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of AI-powered digital products for web and mobile platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and AI-enhanced features. - Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, and translate them into clear technical specifications and solution designs. - Oversee and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and release management to ensure stable, scalable, and high-quality deliverables. - Coordinate and perform system integration, end-to-end testing, and quality assurance, while maintaining comprehensive project, system, and technical documentation. - Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to integrate AI technologies (e.g. machine learning models, NLP) into existing and new systems. - Design, monitor, and maintain production environments for AI-driven applications and infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and reliability. - Identify risks, performance bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, and propose practical, data-driven solutions. - Provide technical guidance, support troubleshooting, and contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps and AI workflows and standards. Requirements - Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline. - Solid experience in system analysis, solution design, and application implementation, ideally in web and/or mobile environments. - Hands-on understanding of web and mobile development frameworks (e.g. React, Flutter) and AI/ML frameworks is a strong advantage. - Strong experience in integrating AI technologies such as machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), or recommendation systems into applications or workflows. - Practical experience with DevOps tools and practices, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines. - Good knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Aliyun, Azure) for deploying, scaling, and monitoring applications and AI models. - Proven ability to work across the full system lifecycle: requirements gathering, analysis, design, development coordination, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
