Job Description

Al-Ikhsan Sports Sdn Bhd is Malaysia's No. 1 sports retailer which is primarily involved in the retail of sports footwear, apparel and equipment. Al-Ikhsan Sports was established in 1993, now the business has grown tremendously and currently has over 170 stores located throughout Peninsular Malaysia.

Systems analysts are responsible for defining, examining, identifying requirements and evaluating business applications with the aim of improving business efficiency and productivity. Working as part of a team of IT professionals, investigate and analyses problems or requirements from a business perspective and design and specify suitable systems.

Key Responsibilities



In-depth knowledge is software in software development cycle (SDLC), ERP with backend system (NAV), web.com and other applications, to process

mapping exercises and implementation to post live support. Ensure program or system requirement specification is correctly documented and clearly communicated to technical person. Ensure application development work follow policies, processes, and standards. Analyses system problems, evaluate current system and track change requests. Work with Business Analysts to liaise with user to gather system requirements for system development and system improvement. Translate the business requirements to the technical design, feasibility studies and making recommendation. Collaborate with 3rd party software development team to report system issues and provide input on system landscape and design. Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers. Validates results by running program testing or User Acceptance Test (UAT).

Qualifications & Requirements



Diploma or Degree, preferably in information technology, information management and Computer Sciences. Strong in problem solving skills. Experience in streamlining processes and improving efficiency can be valuable when working on IT projects aimed at optimizing business operations. Strong communication skills and experience working with various stakeholders can be beneficial. Financial analysis and reporting skills: Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports, which can be useful for data analysis or business intelligence roles in IT. Good project management skills, effective communicator, and team player. Knowledge in MSSQL, ERP MS Dynamics. Hands on experience with software development and documentation. A good problem-solving attitude.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
