Job Description

: You will be involved in administering audited banking facilities and a national network infrastructure. He or she will also have the opportunity to design additional enhancements to the network as it grows regionally, develop operational procedures in line with established system & security standards and prepare the facilities for PCI DSS/PAYNET/BNM/SWIFT audits. Responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer system
• Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
• Monitor daily system jobs according to daily check list.
• Check and monitor system health.
• Provide technical problem resolution to internal and external parties.
• Manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s enterprise IT infrastructure comprising high-security data centers, mission critical application servers, and nationwide payment network.
• Manage the security and operational aspects of the infrastructure in line with established security and audit standards.
• Involve in audits by PCI DSS/PAYNET/BNM/SWIFT.
• Research, evaluate, recommend and purchase hardware and software for enterprise operations.
• Setup and manage computer hardware and software for enterprise operations, from servers to workstations; web servers; email and communications; specialized servers and tools for software engineering and testing.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in IT Infrastructure/Networking or Computer Science/Information Technology equivalent.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Experience in managing network and IT infrastructure.
• Experience in installation/support for computer hardware (like desktop/laptop/server), peripherals (like printers), network equipment, and system/application software.
• Experience in Virtualization.
• Experience in Windows operating systems.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to meet customer and user expectations.
• Possess own transportation.
