Job Description

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst, Software Developer, or in a related role with a strong focus on system design and implementation.

• Proficiency in system analysis and design techniques.

• Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, .NET) and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL) and system integration.

• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and tools.

• Knowledge of system testing and quality assurance best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and develop functional and system specifications that align with business user needs.

• Map business requirements to system capabilities, recommending and implementing appropriate technical solutions.

• Configure system settings and options to meet the defined requirements.

• Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing to ensure system functionality.

• Create comprehensive system specifications and develop software documentation, including requirements specifications, design documents, and test plans.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technology solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support as needed.

• Conduct software testing and quality assurance to ensure compliance with security, performance, and reliability standards.
