Job Description
We are seeking a skilled TA Specialist to join a leading Logistics provider to set up a Technology hub. This role focuses on Technology recruitment within Malaysia and to lead in setting up the Tech hub.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organisational goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ensure the best fit for each role.
- Maintain a talent pipeline to support future recruitment needs.
- Utilise various recruitment platforms and tools to attract qualified candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
A successful TA Specialist should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
- Must-have experience at least 3+ years in Tech recruitment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and innovative thinking.
