Providing 10+ years of experience on marketing, business strategy & technology solutions, our aim is to perform high-quality professional service to support global clients develop the new markets in Malaysia & Asia Pacific. We are now seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive position to service our client who is in Recruitment industry. If you are ambitious to grow and build your career, come and join our team! Job Scope :

• Source candidates through various online channels including pro-actively developing leads and developing candidate pools within their respective market streams.
• Matching the requirements with candidates in the company database and searching through different job portals, social media, and other platforms.
• Contact potential candidates and request more details from them if necessary.
• Develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Present company and position in a professional manner.
• Work closely with the recruitment consultant team for concept development in Hong Kong and execution

Requirement :

• STMP and above
• At least 2 years office working experience
• Experience as a HR/ Recruitment Researcher/ IT Recruiter will be an advantage
• Working industry Experience in Recruitment agency/ Programming Company/ IT Company will be an advantage.
• Command of office tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is necessary
• Able speak & read in English , Mandarin and Cantonese (this role requires to work closely with clients in Hong Kong).
