Job Overview Our BPO division is looking for a talented and qualified candidate to join us as a TECHNICAL RECRUITER . Your goal for this position will be finding the right candidate for the clients. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for our clients. You will be also responsible for advertising job positions on various online job boards and social media platforms. You should be developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies. In addition to this, you will also be collaborating with hiring managers for evaluating applications on the day to day basis. You should be maintaining an effective talent pipeline for the potential candidates. Meeting with the clients to know their requirements is a necessary task for this job role. You should process relation-building skills as well as amazing decision-making abilities. You should also have extensive knowledge of Resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems. Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting meetings with the clients and noting down their requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Discussion on packages and qualifications criteria with the clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowing the job specifications, job candidates, and job requirements for the position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Posting job ads on various platforms such as job boards, social media networks, and website career pages. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attending job fairs and other professional events. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attracting passive candidates via social media networks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing various recruitment strategies if required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Screening resumes and interviewing potential candidates on a regular basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future use. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing reports on the best-fit candidates and updating the internal and external stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring proper documentation of the entire hiring process is maintained. \xe2\x80\xa2 Updating and storing all the required information in Resume Databases. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients , vendors and other staffing agencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Selects one or more placement agencies to assist with recruitment process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Vets potential employees\xe2\x80\x99 credentials. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attends job fairs and industry conferences; runs company booth at job fairs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performs other related duties as assigned. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform required criminal background checks and reach out to previous employers to determine the accuracy of applicant information \xe2\x80\xa2 Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 BA/BS degree in Human Resources Management, IT, Organisational Psychology or relevant field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven 3+ years of recruiting experience as a Technical Recruiter. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter, Staffing Coordinator, Corporate Recruiter, or a similar position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate the ability to evaluate candidates via the interview process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to handle confidential information. \xe2\x80\xa2 Great listening skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Databases. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong working experience in writing accurate job descriptions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of various free and premium job boards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Quick decision-making abilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Phenomenal relation-building skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Amazing time management abilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong understanding of labor and HR regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent work ethics with an ability to meet deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Solid written and verbal communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate great knowledge of the hiring process. \xe2\x80\xa2 A keen eye for detail.
