Job Description


Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment efforts across the organization. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent for our engineering and project management teams, with a specific emphasis on candidates with EPCC experience. The successful candidate will develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier candidates for EPCC projects.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect required qualifications and competencies.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and industry networks, to source high-quality candidates.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value and service.
  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent in the EPCC sector.
  • Oversee the candidate experience to ensure a positive and professional process from application to onboarding.
  • Provide recruitment metrics and reporting to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improving recruitment processes.
  • Manage the recruitment budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly in the EPCC sector.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the engineering, construction, or EPCC sectors.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment teams.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices in the EPCC industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and analyze recruitment metrics.
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
